How your data is handled
Gateway runs in your environment. The customer portal handles accounts, licenses and billing, but never the text you mask.
Your text stays with you
- Gateway processes the original text, the key used to restore it and AI responses in your environment. They are not sent to Maskera.
- If Gateway sends masked text to an AI provider, your agreement with that provider applies.

The table shows what each supplier does. Content is not sent to payment, error reporting or web analytics services.
